Q. I need my order urgently, is this possible?
A. If you call us ASAP we might be able to help. Some of our shoes are kept in stock and these will sually be dispatched the same day if you order before mid-day. Other shoes on our site will be ordered in especially for you and should be with you in 7/10 days.
If a shoe is in stock and you contact us before mid-day for an extra charge we can send deliveries out for ‘Guaranteed Next Day Delivery’. Contact us for details.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. We can't give an exact delivery date but on average most orders are delivered in 7/10 working days. Special Delivery is normally available for urgent orders please contact us for more information.
Q. My order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, what happens next?
A. The estimated delivery date is based upon the Royal Mail estimated delivery times, unfortunately on some occasions they take longer to deliver which is why we always recommend ‘next day delivery’ for urgent orders.
Q. What happens if I am not in when the delivery arrives?
A. Royal Mail will leave you a card with details of how to arrange redelivery or collect your package. If you haven't collected / arranged re-delivery of your package within 7 days it may be returned to us. It’s often worth asking neighbours if they will take delivery or leave a note for your  postman asking him to leave parcels in a secure place.
Q. Can I buy several pairs of shoes and return the ones I don't want?
A. You can of course return unsuitable shoes, provided our full return terms and conditions are met. See our Returns Policy.
Q. Do you have a colour catalogue that you can send me?
A. All of our available products can be viewed online and they are constantly being updated and consequently we don't have a printed catalogue.
