If you are considering buying high heels or stiletto heels here is some advice.

As far as heels go, initiually start off with something lower, and definitely under 2.5 inches.

Fortunately, there's plenty to choose from these days in the chunky and wedge heel styles, so you can still have a really sexy looking shoe without the increased discomfort and danger of a stiletto.

Once you are comfortable with this type of high heel then you may wish to consider a higher sexy heel or even a stiletto heel.
