Returns Policy

1. If goods are faulty or not as described we will give either give you 100% refund (including post & packing) or will replace the goods free of charge, whichever you prefer.
2. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return to us in original packaging.
3. If your shoes / boots do not fit, provided that they have not been worn outdoors and are in the original packaging we will exchange them for the correct size.
4. For any shoes or boots that are to be returned to us please contact us first so that we can provide you with a Goods Returns Number.
5. When returning goods we always recommend using the Roayl Mail 'Signed For' service.   
6. If you change your mid about a pair of shoes they may be returned for a refund. In this instance you will be responsible for the cost of returning the shoes. We will offer you a refund for the shoes, less a 10% restocking charge, but the original postage cannot be refunded.
7. We are not responsible for goods that are returned to us outside of our standard terms and conditions as detaied herein.
