Returns Policy
- If goods are faulty or not as described we will give either give you 100% refund (including post & packing) or will replace the goods free of charge, whichever you prefer.
- If your shoes / boots do not fit, provided that they have not been worn outdoors and are in the original packaging we will exchange them for the correct size.
- In all instances please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return to us in original packaging.
- For any shoes or boots that are to be returned to us please contact us first so that we can provide you with a Goods Returns Number. (GRN)
- When returning goods we always recommend using the Royal Mail 'Signed For' service.
- If you change your mind about a pair of shoes they may be returned for a refund. In this instance you will be responsible for the cost of returning the shoes. We will offer you a refund for the shoes, less a 10% restocking charge, but the original postage cannot be refunded.
- We are not responsible for goods that are returned to us outside of our standard terms and conditions as detailed herein.
- IMPORTANT. Without a GRN you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage, as we shall not be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
- For shoes/boots paid for with a credit card or debit card, we will make credit adjustments directly to your account number.
- Orders returned by Royal Mail as ‘undelivered’ will then be held for a further 28 days. If we are contacted we can usually arrange re-delivery and the customer is responsible for the re-delivery charge.
- These terms and conditions may be amended, updated or modified from time to time.
- These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
